3.8. Proper space(Usually about 10mm) should be left on both sides of 

the cooker hoods for convenience of maintenance and repair(FIG-
8) 

 

4.  INSTALLATION METHOD 

4.1. Installation location 

Install  the  kitchen  hoods  horizontally  above  the  stove.The  bottom  of  the 

cooker  hoods  is  about  650mm-750mm  above  the  stove.The  size  of  the 

drawable boards we refer to ou is 430mm,which can be adjusted according 

to actual situation.The open holes must be vertical,centre and horizontal to 

be cooker hoods. 

4.2. Installing the bracket 

Firstly,bore  three  holes  on  the  wall  with  a  diameter  of  8mm  and  50-60mm 

depth.The put the expansion tube in the packing box to set the bracket. 

4.3. Removing the strectched tube(If there is) 

Remove  the  stretched  tube,place  cooker  hoods  on  wall  and  ajust  to 

appropriate height 

4.4. Installing the cooker hoods(PIG-1) 

Press  and  slide  the  pothook  on  the  cladding  into  the  holes  att  the  back  of 

the cooker hoods.Make sure it is placed tight without any loose movements. 

4.5. Fixing the exhaust pipe 

Insert  the  exhaust  pipe  between  the  inside  and  outside  track  of  the  air 

otlet.Fix it with ST3X6 Bolts,and place the other end facing outdoor. 

4.6. Fixing the exit end of the exhaust pipe 

a.  Window:Remove  panel  of  glass  and  fix  a  veneer  with  a  hole,or  make  a 

hole on the glass. 

b.  Bore  a  hole  in  the  wall,measure  and  draw  a  circle  on  the  wall  with  the 

diameter  slightly  bigger  than  that  of  the  exhaust  pipe.The  diameter  of  the 

hole should be close to the diameter of the exhaust  pipe so the  air can go 

out smoothly with less noise.
