CHAPTER 5    BATTERY REPLACEMENT 

 

Servicing of batteries should be performed or supervised by personnel 

knowledgeable of batteries and the required precautions. Keep unauthorized 

personnel away from batteries. 

5-1 Battery Replacement (See Figure 5-1)

 Remove front panel.

 Unscrew four bolts of the battery.

 Unplug battery connectors.

 Pull the battery set out and renew it.
