ASSEMBLY
1. Loosen the 3-bolt head clamp and carefully
slide the clamp onto the handle bars so the
bottom side of the clamp is flush with the
bottom of the bars.
2. Align the bars and clamp with the fork tube
and slide them together down onto the head-
set. Ensure that both the bars and clamp are
seated all the way and touching the top of the
headset.
3. Before you tighten the clamp be sure to
adjust the handle bars so they are inline
(perpendicular) with the front wheel.
4. With the provided 5mm allen key, carefully
begin tighten the clamp starting with the
lower bolt first. Ensure each bolt is tightened
fully.
WARNING: Failure to properly
install and tighten the collar
clamp may cause the rider to
lose control and fall. If you do
