"Frequency of maximum line, band 1/2/3" characteristic value

The DSP determines (finds) the largest amplitude within a limited frequency band 
of the frequency spectrum and delivers the frequency of this line. The frequency 
band is determined via the middle fm and the width fw. The frequency band can 
be fixed or adapted to rotation speed.
