USING THE CLEANING TOOLS

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Always unplug from the mains
before attaching or removing tools.

Assembling the appliance

Insert the hose in the coupling on the
appliance and press until it hooks into place
(fig.1). 
To remove the hose, press the lever at the
side and pull the hose out (fig.2).

Vacuum tubes

Connect the telescopic extension tube to the
end of the hose handgrip.
Once the telescopic tube has been attached
to the handgrip, press the release button and
hold it down while you pull the tube out
(Fig.3).  
When you have pulled out the required
length, release the button.
Now fit the chosen tool to the other end of
the tube.

For versions without telescopic tube, join the
two tubes (fig.4), connect them to the hose
handgrip and attach the required tool to the
opposite end.
NB:  All vacuuming tools can be connected

either directly to the hose handgrip or
to the rigid tube.

• Shoulder strap (fig.5)

To use the appliance for the widest possible
range of cleaning needs, use the easy-to-fit
shoulder strap provided. 

INSTRUCTIONS

Before using the appliance, extract the power
cable completely and plug into the mains.  
To rewind the cable, unplug and press the
cable winder         (fig. 14) .

Models with ON/OFF + power regula-
tor on handgrip (fig. 12).

To turn the appliance on, move the slide on
the handgrip to one of the positions accor-
ding to the type of cleaning to be done.

Models with ON/OFF + power regula-
tor on appliance (fig. 13).

To turn the appliance on, rotate the regulator
to one of the positions according to the type
of cleaning to be done.

• Two position carpet/floor brush 

Pos.1: to clean hard floors, bristles out
(fig.6).
Pos.2: to clean carpets and rugs, bristles in
(fig. 7).

• Multipurpose nozzle for upholstered fur-

niture (fig. 8)

To clean upholstered furniture, mattres-
ses, garments, car seats etc. 

• Crevice tool (fig. 9) 

to clean radiators, corners, edges,
drawers, etc.

• Dusting brush (fig. 10)

Fitted with a joint to facilitate cleaning.
Particularly suitable for removing dust
from fabric, furniture, books, curtains,
frames and clothing.

• Extension (fig. 11)

To clean high or difficult to reach
corners, use the extension fitted with the
required tool.
