Hardware Installation
Note:
Follow the general instructions for installation of the CardReader. If necessary,
read the manual of your computer, or ask a specialist for help.
1.
Turn off your PC, and unplug the power cord.
2.
Open the housing.
3.
Remove the panel from the available 3.5” bay.
4.
Insert the CardReader into the bay and screw the CardReader to the
housing.
5.
Connect the CardReader directly to the Mainboard or use the cable, which is
included in the package, to connect the USB A cable outside of the housing.
6.
Reattach the housing, and connect the power cord to the AC adapter.
Driver Installation
1.
Switch on your computer.
2.
The CardReader will be recognized and you can start using the device
immediately.
