Removing The LED Board

1. Follow the procedures in 

Before Working On Your Computer

.

2. Remove the 

battery

.

3. Remove the 

memory card

.

4. Remove the 

access panel

.

5. Remove the 

hard drive

.

6. Remove the 

keyboard

.

7. Remove the 

palm rest

.

8. Peel open the tape that secures the LED board cable.

9. Pry the latches that secure the LED board; then lift up and remove the LED

board from the computer.
