Default Configuration
There is no default IPv4 next server configured.
Command Mode
DHCP Pool Configuration mode
User Guidelines
Use the
command to display pool configuration
parameters. The IPv4 address is conveyed in the SIADDR field of the DHCP
OFFER, DHCP ACK, DHCP INFORM ACK and DHCP BOOTREPLY
messages.
Example

Use the
option
command in DHCP Pool Configuration mode to supply
arbitrary configuration information to a DHCP client. Use the
no
form of the
command to remove the option configuration. Use the
command to display pool configuration parameters.

• code—The DHCP TLV option code.
• ascii string1—An ASCII character string. Strings with embedded blanks
must be wholly contained in quotes.
• hex string1—A hexadecimal string containing the characters [0-9A-F].
The string should not begin with 0x. A hex string consists of two characters
which are parsed to fill a single byte. Multiple values are separated by
blanks.
• ip-address1—An IPv4 address in dotted decimal notation.
