Removing the memory modules

Prerequisites
1. Remove the computer cover .
2. Remove the front bezel .
Procedure
1. Open the side-chassis.

2. Using the fingertips, spread apart the securing clip at each end of the memory-module slot until the memory module pops up.
3. Lift the memory module out of the memory-module slot.
NOTE: If the memory module is difficult to remove, gently ease the memory module back and forth to remove it from
the slot.
CAUTION: To prevent damage to the memory module, hold the memory module by the edges. Do not touch the
components on the memory module.
