Usage Information To block a type of message parameter, set the logging trap level to a lower number. For
example, to block severity messages at level 6, set the level to 5.

Usage Information To display syslog messages in a RFC 3164 or RFC 5424 format, use the
log version
command in configuration mode. By default, the system log version is set to 0 .
