6. Use the Edit menu for the Virtual Network Editor. 
7. Make sure that the “Vmnet8 adapter” is available and do the following:

– Select the NAT (Share host’s IP address with VMs) radio button.
– Check the Connect a Host virtual adapter to this network option.
– Uncheck (disable) the Use Local DHCP service to distribute IP address to VMs option.

8. On the VM, right click on the Settings option.
9. Remove the current network adapter.

10. Click the Add button to add a new adapter.

The Add Hardware Wizard screen displays.
