Insert the HDD into the 3.5" bracket with the connector end of the hard drive towards the back of the HDD carrier.

Slide the HDD carrier back into the hard drive bay.

a Remove the screw [1] that secures the slim ODD and push the slim ODD [2] out of the chassis.
