7. General notes on testing
If there are surge protection modules with different LifeCheck symbols
or only with
the new LifeCheck symbol
in the measuring circuit, these must be pulled out of the base
part by approx. 50 mm (one mechanical module length) for each test with the M1+.
High-energy electromagnetic fields with a frequency of about 125 kHz in the vicinity of the external
antenna may impair the function of the DEHNrecord DRC LC M1+ reader.
8. Storage
Do not expose the device to direct sunlight or contact with other sources of heat for long periods.
Temperatures exceeding 60 °C can impair the capacity and life of the integrated lithium-ion
batteries in the long run.
9. Disposal
The device should not be disposed of in the normal household waste. For more information
