Folding Ramp
- This ramp must be used only for loading / unloading on a level and stable surface.
- The ramp surface may become slippery when wet.
- Do not use as a bridge, scaffolding, or any other use for which it is not designed.
- Do not exceed the capacity of your loading surface (i.e. Tailgate). If unknown, consult the
manufacturer to find load capacities.
- If loading or unloading from a vehicle, be sure the vehicle is parked with the emergency

- Do not exceed the rated capacity of 500 lbs. If ramp is bowing while loading / unloading,
which indicates an overload condition, remove the load immediately.
- Do not leave ramp unattended when attached.
- Failure to follow these warnings and instructions may result in property damage and / or
serious bodily injury.
Step 1) Slip an S-hook into each end of
the chain. Using a pair of pliers, crimp
the S-hook shut. Place one S-hook
through the hole at the end of the
ramp as shown in Figure 1. Using
the pliers, crimp the S-hook shut.
Step 2) Before using the ramp, it must
be secured snugly with the chain. Loop
the chain around the tie off point. Attach
the S-hook to the chain as it is shown in
Figure 2. The S-hook will fit through every
