8 Troubleshooting

8.1

Messages (Code type Bxx or Mxx)

In the event of failure, the control panel displays a message and a

corresponding code.
1. Make a note of the code displayed.

The code is important for the correct and rapid diagnosis of the

type of failure and for any technical assistance that may be

needed.

2. Switch the boiler off and switch back on.

The boiler starts up again automatically when the reason for the

blocking has been removed.

3. If the code is displayed again, correct the problem by following the

instructions in the table below:
