"COLD AREA" indicator
The sign opposite can be found in your freezer.
It clearly shows the coldest zone of your appliance, where the temperature is lower than
or equal to +4°C.
A temperature gauge in this zone allows you to check the settings of your freezer.
Adjust the thermostat
Temperature correct
Warning!
If the door of the freezer is left open for too long, the temperature inside the freezer will rise. Check
the temperature gauge within 30 seconds after opening the door to make sure that the reading is
correct.
Temperature setting
The thermostat automatically regulates the temperature inside the freezer compartment.
Cooler temperatures can be obtained by rotating the knob to higher numbers, 1 to 5.
Setting
•
Set the knob between 1 and 2 for normal food storage in the appliance.
•
Set the knob between 3 and 4 for long-term food storage in the appliance.
•
Set the knob to 5 position for freezing the fresh food. The appliance will run for colder
temperatures. Once food is frozen, put back to the last position.
•
Set the knob to “•” position to switch off the appliance.
