Error descriptions
Use the table below for troubleshooting before contacting your dealer.

does not start when
the main switch is
turned on.
Light off - No Make sure the battery is
charged

Check that the battery is

together with the arrows
pointing towards each

Check that nothing is
preventing the support
leg from moving upwards
to its upper position.

control cable is firmly
attached to the back of
the display.
Install the cable correctly
on the back of the display
Steady light - No Check that the contacts
between motor and Power
module are connected.
Connect the connector
between motor and
Power module.
Infinity cannot be
docked against the
chair's adapter

wheelchair to a smoother
surface
- - - The height setting of
Infinity has changed
Adjust the height and
leg rests of the Infinity
to fit the current adapter
used to connect to the
wheelchair.

mechanism has been
pushed into its locked

Pull the release handle to
unlock the lower docking
mechanism.
