Adjustments
The equipment will be ready for use when delivered, below adjustment should only be
performed if there is a special need or if the equipment has been moved to another chair. It
is possible to adjust the friction in the hinge and the locking force of the latch. However,
this should be done with caution. After adjusting, always verify that the click lock locks /
unlocks properly and that the hinge does not go too easily / sluggishly during the up /
down movement.
1. Screw for adjusting the friction in the hinge.
2. Cable tie for fixing the signal cable.
3. Screws for adjusting the locking force. Apply a small quantity Loctite 243 or
equivalent on these screws to avoid loosening. Adjust both sides equally.
4. Apply a small quantity of grease to the contact surfaces of the click-lock after
adjustment, wipe off excess.
