SANTISIMA TRINIDAD: Step by Step

Prepare the topmast (part 18) from 

Stage 123, following the plan. Drill 

a 1mm hole through the mast at the 

point shown.

Cut lengths of 2 x 3mm wooden strip 

(part 20) to fit around the mast, to act 

as supports for the topmast crosstrees 

(part 21). Shape these lengths into 

wedges and then glue them onto the 

mast, below the squared section. Place 

the topmast through the aft hole in the 

topmast crosstrees and apply glue to 

secure it.
