4. Block Diagram

3. Design And Operation

3.1 Front View

If the “error light” is flashing, some of the following conditions may exist:

1. The paper chamber is empty

2. The drawer is not properly closed

3. The temperature of the thermal head is more than the limit temperature for printing

3.2 Procedure to Replace Paper Roll

1. Push the “EJECT” button and the drawer will pop out. (Fig. 1)

2. Firmly pull the drawer out and open the lid. (Fig. 2a). Take away a core of paper

3. Place the paper roll the “box”. (Fig. 2b).Make sure a small amount of paper extends 

out acting as a lead.

4. Push the drawer back slightly and close the lid until it locks into position. (Fig 3)

5. Push the drawer back into the main housing until it locks with a “click”. (Fig. 4)
