Place front Wheel Assembly neck into headtube opening  

3.

 

Place Bearing onto neck of Wheel Assembly (fork) 

4.

 

Place Split rings, then cap then spacer then headset cap  

5.

 

Place Handlebar into headtube opening  

6.

 

Place screw into top of headset cap and tighten 

7.

 

Check position of the handlebars tighten until locked into preferred position – be 
careful not to overtighten and cross thread fixings. 

8.

 

Connect Cable female to male connection on front wheel hub to the frame cable 
wiring connector – ensure tightly connected and not loose, cable tie to forks and 
cut off excess cable tie end once securely affixed into position. 

9.

 

Press thumb throttle located on the right-hand side to start.  

Note; - Please wear a bicycle helmet for your own personal safety along with 
any other protective clothing required for the type of use and ability level. 

Front Wheel Assembly 

Front wheel assembly is complete on shipping simply connect the headset below – bearing 
and split ring will already be installed
