FAQ:
1. Why can’t the player be turned on?
Please make sure the switch on the right is set in the ON position.
2. Why can the player only be turned on when plugged in?
The battery of the DVD player may be exhausted. Make sure the
temperature of the environment the player is used in is within
5-40°C.
3. Why is the player not reading a disc?
Please ensure the lens of the disc player is clean and avoid touching
it to prevent disc reading malfunctions.
4. Why can't the player read CD-RWs and DVD-RWs?
CD-RWs or DVD-RWs which have had data burned and erased to
many times may have some damage to the disc and the DVD player
may not be able to read the disc.
5. Why can't the player play video?
For video files, the maximum resolution that this DVD player can read
is 720*576. If the video resolution you are trying to play is higher than
720*576, the video will not be able to play it.
For discs that have the video file burned on, you can convert the
video resolution to 720*576 using a video conversion software on a
computer, then burn it to the disc again.
