Fix the fresh air inlet and discharge gas outlet connections to their place under the
product by wrapping with heat resistant leakage proof metarial (preferably teflon
tape). Tighten the connections solidly for not loose because of factors such as
vibration. Place the product to it’s place by taking out pipes from opening holes inside
the vehicle to outside.
Product must be fastened to vehicle from it’s installation legs as not moving and not
effected from quake.
While making installation of product be carefull avoiding any accident.
All connections of product must be removable.

There must be absolutely valve at water inlet of product.
➢
Definetely teflon must not be used for connections.
➢
After gas connections are done, leakage of connections must be controlled with
soap bubble at regular intervals.
Because of condensing water will be discharged directly from discharge gas system,
there no need to make separate connection.
After installment connections are completed, boiler must be filled. This process is
done by implementing following instructions.
➢
Open the water inlet pipe of the product.
➢
Turn on any tap connected to hot water outlet of product (preferably nearest tap).
Air inside the boiler will be discharged from water faucet.
➢
Turn off tap after air is discharged from tap and continious water flow.
After boiler is filled, it must be controlled studiouslyi if there is water leakage or
not.
