OPERATION
In order for the hood to work effectively you must start it as soon as you switch on your kitchen.
When you finish cooking, wait another ten minutes before turning it off. During cooking leave a door
that communicates with the interior of the house half open. Do not leave the windows or the exterior
of the kitchen open, as currents will be drawn away from the hood so they will diffuse into the space.
The hood is fitted with a general motor switch, which stops the motors when the cornice is closed,
regardless of the position of the speed switch. Pull the cornice and choose the engine speed you
want.

CAUTION
If the hood and fireplace or a gas or wood oil or other fuel heater operate at the same time, you should leave an open
window or door that communicates with the outside.
MAINTENANCE
The appliance is washed with lukewarm soap and a well-drained sponge. Regular maintenance increases the
efficiency of your hood.
Disconnect the appliance from the main power before maintenance / cleaning and filtering.
Avoid contact of electrical components with water or other liquids.
The outer surface of the cooker hood should be cleaned with a cloth soaked with soapy water.
Do not forget to clean the filter regularly. A filter that is not regularly cleaned or replaced can cause a fire
