2. Scroll down to the downloads near the bottom to find the SDK

tools.

3. Select the correct download for your operating system. For the

Windows installer, follow the instructions on the screen. For
other unzipped archives, you need to run the 

Android

 executable

in the 

tools

 directory. This will bring up the Android SDK

Manager and prompt you to download the tools you need.
