Vertical Video Signal
Each field of video also contains blanking information and lines of
active video.

Line measurements are relative to the vertical reference point

is defined as the beginning of the vertical sync. Lines themselves are
measured in terms of pixels.
The settings for the vertical video signal are fixed on the DT3155
board.
