The control panel MAGIC1-E has been designed for driving

for sliding gates mod. MAX and it has an electronic clutch.

4. Control panel programming and adjusting
The programming of DIP SWITCHES S1 must be made with control panel switched off.
IMPORTANT: Every time you set up a new feature on the DIP, wait at least 5-6 sec. before giving any control to the gate.

5. Power adjusting by trimmer TR1 (electronic clutch)
Any adjust of electronic clutch must be made from professional people in order to avoid any possible accident and reduce all crashing
risks.
•
Check that leaves on movement can be stopped at any time easily according to the actual rules.
•
Set DIP-SWITCH 1 and 6 in ON position.
•
Press START and press button S4 in order to adjust the powerful.
•
Any press increases approximately 5% the powerful of motor and it is displayed by the flashing of the led L8 (green), from 1 flash
(minimum powerful) to 8 flashes (maximum powerful). As soon as the maximum powerful is reached, another press takes the
powerful again to the minimum.
•
When power has been selected, set DIP-SWITCH 1 and 6 in OFF position (powerful is going to be automatically self-learned)
•
Power measurements on the leaves, have to be made following to actual norms.
•
Check periodically the clutch system in order to guarantee always a full safety.
6. Working time adjusting
DIP SWITCH 3 OFF: working time is fix, 2 minutes.
•
DIP SWITCH 3 ON: Self learning of working time. As soon as the programming and the installation is finished and you have tested
all devices’ connections, put and leave DIP SWITCH 3 in ON position permanent;
control panel will self learn and memorize the
working time of the motor during first operation.
7. Automatic
shutting
•
Put DIP2 in ON
•
Press START and open completely the gate. Count the time (maximum 2 min.) and then press again START; the gate start closing
and only at its end it memorizes automatically the automatic shutting time.
•
For modifying the automatic shutting time, set DIP 2 in OFF, wait 5 seconds and remake the above process.
8. How to set different transmitters codes (max 32 different codes)
•
Press button “S2” for 2 seconds and then release it; Led L8 (green) flashes 5 times and then it remains on with fix light waiting for
the transmitter’s code you want to memorize.
•
Press button on the transmitter you want to memorize; Led flashes for 5 times showing the transmitter has been memorized from
the receiver.
•
As soon as the maximum quantity of 32 different codes has been reached, led flashes for 10 times instead of 5 times. So before
memorizing another code, you have to delete one of the 32 already memorized.
9. How to erase 1 code from the receiver
•
Press button “S2” for 2 seconds and then release it; Led L8 (green) flashes 5 times and then it remains on with fix light waiting for
the transmitter’s code to want to erase.
•
Press button on the transmitter you want to erase; Led L8 will flash for 5 times showing the transmitter has been erased.
10. How to erase all codes from the receiver
•
With power supply on, remove and insert fuse F2 keeping pressed button S2 for 5 seconds. Led L8 remains on for 3 seconds
showing that all codes have been erased from the memory of the receiver.
