4. Control panel programming and adjusting
The DIP-SWITCH SW1 and SW2 programming has to be done with the control panel disconnected (cut the main power
supply)

Feature “close immediately”. When all pairs of photocells
operate together at same time, after the obstacle has left the
entrance the gate will do as follow:
1. with the residential system OFF, will close.
2. with the residential system ON, will re-open and will
re-close after 2 seconds (if trimmer TCA is more then
zero).

5. Trimmer WORK adjusting (working time and slowing down)
•
With limit switches:
adjusting the trimmer WORK at zero (towards the position “-“) both motors stop when the limit switches
operate. Adjusting the trimmer (towards the position “+”) you select the slowing down time (from 0 to 6 seconds) after the limit
switches operate. In case the limit switches don’t work properly, the maximum working time will be 60 seconds.
•
Without limit switches:
trimmer Work controls the working time of motors (from 0 to 60 seconds).
Selected time must be 3-4
seconds longer than real operating time of the gate.
6. Trimmer DEL adjusting (leaves delay)
•
Trimmer DEL controls the opening delay of motor 2 from motor 1; adjustable from 0 to 15 seconds.
7. Trimmer TCA adjusting (automatic shutting)
•
It controls the automatic shutting of the leaves (from 0 to 120 seconds). Adjusting the trimmer TCA towards the position “-“ the
automatic shutting is deactivated. Any control STOP during the automatic shutting, automatically deactivates this feature.
8. Trimmer POWER adjusting (motor power).
•
When motors are working, adjust the trimmer POWER in order to be able to stop the leaves with a power not higher than what the
actual standards and norms say (adjustable from 50% to 98% of motors power).
9. Feature “close immediately”.
•
This feature closes the gate immediately during opening or closing making a photocells check-up. This feature is selected
throughout the SW2 dip 4 = ON and with trimmer TCA more than zero. If the residential system is in OFF position, after the second
pair of photocells has been freed, the gate will close automatically. If the residential system is in ON position, when the second pair
of photocells has been freed, the gate will open completely and after a break of 2 seconds it will close.
10. How to set the remote control code
•
It is possible to set the remote control codes only when the gate is closed.
•
To set the code on the control START press and release the button SET, the led DL3 will start flashing. Send now the signal
pressing the button on the remote control you want to set in; the led on the panel will turn off showing the code has been accepted.
•
To set the code on the control PED (pedestrian) press and release the button SET, the led DL3 will start flashing. Send now the
signal pressing the button on the remote control you want to set in; the led on the panel will turn off showing the code has been
accepted.
11. how to erase all remote control codes
•
It is possible to set the remote control codes only when the gate is closed.
•
Keep pressed button SET until led DL3 lampeggia flashes and turns off.
