A non-stick cooking spray helps food
lift easily from the non-stick
Cooking Plate.
The Base of the Griddle and the
removable Cooking Plate will both
be hot while in use. Use oven mitts
to handle the Griddle.
Metal utensils may damage
non-stick Cooking Plate, instead use
silicone, nylon, or wood utensils.
