Ingredients:
½ large Vidalia onion, peeled, ends cut off and sliced into ½ inch rings
1 cups all purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cups panko breadcrumbs
1 ½ tbsp grapeseed or vegetable oil
½ tsp sea or kosher salt
Directions:
(Temperature: 285°F Time: 10 minutes)

Preheat Air Fryer to 285°F. Mix the panko with the oil and salt to coat
the crumbs well with the oil.

Dredge onion rings in flour and shake off excess. Dip the rings into
the egg and then into the panko mixture. With your hands, press
and squeeze the crumbs onto the onion rings to get them to stick.
3.
Place rings into the basket in two layers, about 2 on the bottom and
2 on top, depending on ring size and fry for 10 minutes. Serve with
your favorite sauces and condiments.
