Let's see next, the process to anchor one box to
another. First, let's look at the silkscreen on the
sides of the enclosure that we can see in the
attached figure.
In the figure we can see the upper and lower
triggers and the indications of the silkscreen that
recall its function.
This system for interlocking the enclosures is
also used in the VANTEC-118A, so it is possible,
and very easy, to join both VANTEC-20A, as
VANTEC-118A, as VANTEC-118A and VANTEC-
20A.
Moving the lower trigger up (1), reveals the slide that will fall by its own weight (2). When releasing the
trigger, it will return to its place and the slide will remain fixed (3).
Similarly, to hide the slide we must act on the trigger as in (1) and push the slide up (4), releasing the trigger
(3), finally.
Now, if we attach this enclosure to another VANTEC-20A, we will hear a "clack" that indicates that both
enclosures have locked. In addition, the angle between them will be 15º.
