NOTICE
In SCAN mode, the display shows the current data (TIME -> DISTANCE -> CALORIES -> PULSE
-> RPM/SPEED) and changes to the next display every 6 seconds (see Fig. 3). To select a specific
display, use MODE.

As soon as a value you have set has been reached, you will hear a beep for 8 seconds. If you
continue training, this mode will be counted up again.

NOTICE
As soon as you stop the workout for at least 4 minutes, the screen switches off. To turn on the
screen again, press any key and the screen will display the last values.
3.5
Recovery
To activate the recovery function, press RECOVERY. PULSE and TIME are displayed.

All other data will not be displayed and no input is possible.
The TIME display counts down from 0:60 and the heart rate display flashes according to the user’s
heart rate (BPM - heart beats per minute) (see Figure 4).
When the display reaches 0:00, a value from F1 to F6 is displayed (F1 = very good, F6 = very bad) (see Fig. 5).

If no pulse signal is received during the countdown, it will count down to 0:00 and the display
will show F6.

If RECOVERY is pressed before the countdown is completed, the recovery function will stop
and you will return to the main menu.
