GETTING STARTED
Before using your hand mixer for the first time, wash the dough hooks and beaters in warm soapy water.
Rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe the outer surface of the body with a damp cloth.
CAUTION:
To avoid injury when inserting or removing beaters or dough hooks, make sure that the
appliance is unplugged from the mains socket and the speed selector is set to the
0
position.
Select the attachment according to the required type of mix.
Beaters
: Used for liquid mixtures such as creams, egg-whites, confectionary doughs, etc.
Dough hooks
: Used for light doughs.
Insert the beater or dough hook with collar into the large hole. Push the beater or dough hook in until it
clicks into place. Insert the beater or dough hook without collar into the small hole and rotate slightly until
it is properly secured.
NOTE
: Never operate the appliance with one beater and one dough hook at the same time.
