17. Grounding or Polarization - Precautions should be taken so that the grounding or polarization means of an appliance is not defeated.
18. The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and that no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the apparatus.
19. The apparatus shall be connected to a MAINS socket outlet with a protective earthing connection.
20. Appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device, the disconnect device shall remain readily operable.
