The 

CDR-110 MKII is a CD/SD/MMC/USB compatible MP3 Player/ Recorder from DAP Audio

. You can use 

the CDR-110 MKII to record directly to either USB or SD/MMC card. If both media are present, the USB 
stick has priority as recording destination.
