Feature:   AES/SPDIF inputs are format agnostic. 
Benefit:   Both formats (AES or SPDIF) can utilize any connector. Simply obtain the appropriate cable from your favorite audio 

dealer. 

Tip:

   SPDIF coaxial is 75 ohms and AES is 110 ohms (Mogami and Redco both manufacture these). Also wired to Tascam / 

Avid standard. Make certain to get the appropriate connectors for the opposite end (i.e. XLR, RCA Coaxial...)
