MAINTENANCE:
Keep Lokk-Bolt rod clean. Lubricate the Lokk-Bolt using only graphite powder. DO NOT use oil or grease.

D&D Technologies’ (“D&D”) products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for
as long as he/she owns the product. This product will operate properly, and warranty is valid, only if installed in accordance with the
instructions and specifications shown. If a structural defect appears, the original purchaser may return the item, freight prepaid, to-
gether with proof of purchase to D&D or its approved international agents. D&D or its agent will, at their discretion, repair or replace
the defective item or part without charge to the purchaser. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY WHEN the product has been tampered
with, when repairs or attempted repairs have been made by unauthorized persons, where the item has been subjected to misuse,

Re-configuring the Lokk-Bolt for Left-Hand Gates
1) Drive the Pin out of the lower end of the stainless steel rod.
Place the Pin in a safe place.
2) Slide the Lower and Upper Brackets off the rod…BUT
remember which of the brackets is the Upper Bracket.
3) Flip over the two Brackets (i.e. rotate them end over end)
and slide them back onto the rod – ensuring that the Upper
Bracket slides onto the rod first (as it carries a detent clip within
its housing). The Upper Bracket will meet resistance when it
reaches each of the detent grooves on the rod; simply push it
through the first groove and into the second (upper) groove.
4) Insert the Pin back into the end of the rod. Ensure at least
1/16” (nearly 2mm) of the pin is left protruding to prevent the
Brackets sliding off the bolt.
