OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

DOOR REVERSAL INSTRUCTIONS

If the appliance is placed on its back or side during 
this process it must be allowed to stand upright for 6 
hours before plugging in to avoid damage to internal 
components.

1.  Remove the screw hole cover from the top left side of 

the cabinet. Remove the upper hinge cover and the 
upper hinge from the top right side of the cabinet. 
Remove the freezer door from the cabinet. 

2.  Remove the center hinge from the right side of the 

cabinet. Remove the refrigerator door from the cabinet. 
Remove the screw hole covers from the left side of the 
cabinet. Remove the refrigerator door from the cabinet.

3.  Remove the lower hinge from the bottom right side of 

the cabinet. Remove the adjustable foot from the lower 
left side of the cabinet.

4.  Remove the washer and nut that secure the hinge pin 

to the hinge, then remove the pin and screws. Install 
the pin and screws with the washer and nut into the left 
hole on the hinge.

5.  Install the lower hinge onto the lower left side of the 

cabinet. Install the adjustable foot on the lower right 
side of the cabinet.

6.  Remove the door stops from the lower right side of the 

refrigerator and freezer door and move them to the left 
side of the doors.

7.  Move the door bushing from the top right side of the 

refrigerator door and remove the hinge hole cover 
from the top left side of the door. Exchange their 
positions.

8.  Install the refrigerator door onto the cabinet. Install the 

center hinge on the left side of the cabinet. Install the 
screw hole covers on the right side of the cabinet.

9.  Install the freezer door onto the cabinet. Install the 

upper hinge on the top left side of the cabinet. Install 
the screw hole cover onto the top right side of the 
cabinet.

Note:

 These instructions reference the models that come 

from the factory with a right hand swing door. If your 
appliance comes with a left hand swing, ensure that you 
fl ip the “left” and “right” in these instructions.
