Control Head Installation:  
 

The INTELL Siren Keypad is packaged with the U-Bracket installed on the unit. In order to install the bracket onto a 
surface mount, follow the instructions below. If mounting the control head into a console, skip Step 3.  
 

1.

 

Remove each screw with a Phillips screwdriver from each side of the U-Bracket. Remove the bracket from the 
control keypad. Set aside the screws, as they are required for Step 5.  

2.

 

Locate a suitable mounting surface. Make sure no vital components will be damaged in the following drilling 
process.  

3.

 

Position the bracket on the surface mount and mark the mounting holes, corresponding with the holes on the U-
bracket.  

4.

 

Using the appropriate screw size, drill the screws through the marked location on the surface, and using the 
provided hardware, secure the bracket to the mounting surface.  

5.

 

Re-attach the control head to the mounted bracket with the factory provided screws, initially removed in Step 2.  
 

                                     

 

 

Amplifier Mounting:  

 

1.

 

 Select a dry location to mount the amplifier. 

2.

 

 Mount the amplifier in the desired location using 4 screws in the corresponding slots.  

 
 
Wiring Instruction - Amplifier:  
 

1.

 

Locate the 4-pin wire harness. This harness provides power for the unit, as well as the siren output wires. 

 

2.

 

Plug in the 4-pin harness into the matching slot on the amplifier. 

 

3.

 

Extend the RED wire from the harness to the POSITIVE (+) post on the battery, and fuse at 20 amps. 

 

4.

 

Extend the BLACK wire from the harness to the GROUND post on the battery. 

 

5.

 

Extend the GREEN and WHITE wires, located in the 4-pin wire harness, to the siren speaker.  

6.

 

Locate the 2-pin wire harness. This contains POSITIVE and NEGATIVE wiring for auxiliary/lighting control.  

7.

 

Extend the RED wire from the harness to the POSITIVE (+) post on the battery. Be sure to fuse appropriately.  

8.

 

Extend the BLACK wire from the harness to the GROUND post on the battery.  

 

 
Auxiliary Wiring Instruction:  
 

1.

 

Locate the 9 pin Terminal Block.  

2.

 

Using  a  flat  head  screw  driver,  firmly  secure  the  copper  portion  of  the  accessory’s  POSITIVE  wire  of  the 
accessory to the desired port.  

3.

 

Extend the Ground wire of the accessory/light to the battery GROUND post.
