The item name in the configuration menu and the dialogue title is automatically updated
with the entered event handler name after the settings have been saved.
To edit an already set event handler, click the related item in the configuration menu.

DaVid Alarm Host (PGuard)
This action type sends event-triggered notifications to an alarm host using the
DaVid Protocol.
For the evaluation of the event messages a DaVid Protocol capable software (e.g.
PGuard advance
) must be running on the respective alarm host.
Ensure that the device and the respective alarm host are located in the same LAN or
are able to communicate via a gateway.
