The battery power is exhausted.

Replace the battery.
Battery power drains too fast
The ambient temperature is too low.
The rechargeable battery isn’t fully charged.
→
Recharge the rechargeable battery.
The rechargeable battery power is exhausted and the battery can no longer be charged.
→
Replace it with a new rechargeable battery.
