System tests
This test menu is used to verify the proper operation of the display or the LEDs on the front.
The gas detection operates normally during the execution of a test.


flashing one after another.

Starts a sequence which displays a
character in each position of the
display while varying the colour of the
backlight.
4.3 SERVICE MODE
Service mode is used to modify the parameters of the
U•H1 control unit which requires no specific
knowledge of the gas detection field or, in case of error or omission, cannot lead to a gas detection-
related risk.

Entering the password
When entering the service menu, the display enters the password editing mode:

The “ Up ” and “ Down ” buttons allow modification of the value of the selected character . The “ Right ”
button is used to move to the next character. T he “ Left ” button is used to return to the previous character.
The movement from one character to another is accompanied by the concealment of the character that
is not selected. This means that only the character being edited is legible.
