4.1. If
“uwfmgr.exe” says that there are no related files
1)
In Run (W R) type services.msc and click "OK".
2)
Locate "Windows Modules Installer" and double click it.
3)
If the startup type is "Disabled", change it to "Manual" and click "Start".
4)
Click "OK" and close the service window.
5)
Reboot and re-enter the command at the command prompt.
