10 Finishing the outdoor unit installation

10.1 To finish the outdoor unit installation

DANGER: RISK OF ELECTROCUTION

▪

Make sure that the system is earthed properly.

▪

Turn OFF the power supply before servicing.

▪

Install the switch box cover before turning ON the power supply.

NOTICE

It is recommended that the refrigerant piping between indoor and outdoor unit is
installed in a ducting or the refrigerant piping is wrapped with finishing tape.

Insulate and fix the refrigerant piping and cables as follows:

Gas pipe

Gas pipe insulation

Interconnection cable

Field wiring (if applicable)

Liquid pipe

Liquid pipe insulation

Finishing tape

Install the service cover.

10.2 Closing the unit

10.2.1 To close the outdoor unit

NOTICE

When closing the outdoor unit cover, make sure that the tightening torque does NOT
exceed 1.3 N•m.
