3.6.2 Repair procedures
To remove the high pressure switch
Prerequisite:
Stop the unit operation via the user interface.
Prerequisite:
Turn OFF the respective circuit breaker.
Prerequisite:
Remove the required plate work, see

Recuperate the refrigerant from the refrigerant circuit, see
209].

If needed, remove any parts to create more space for the removal of the high
pressure switch.

Remove the compressor insulation, see

Disconnect the Faston connectors from the high pressure switch.

Cut the high pressure switch pipe using a pipe cutter.

Remove the high pressure switch from the unit.

Supply nitrogen to the refrigerant circuit. The nitrogen pressure MUST NOT
exceed 0.02 MPa.

Heat the end of the high pressure switch pipe using an oxygen acetylene torch
and remove the high pressure switch pipe end.

Stop the nitrogen supply when the piping has cooled down.
