■運轉中錯誤動作時

運轉中因打雷等因素,使本機顯示部異常亮燈或無法操作時,請先拔下電源插頭,待經過5秒以上之後, 
再次插入電源插頭進行運轉。

有以下情形時,

請進行確認。

指示燈

所有風量指示燈(「 (靜音)」、

「 (弱)」、「 (標準)」、
「 (強力)」)同時閃爍

 如果電壓突然下降,指示燈可能會閃爍。

  一旦電壓恢復正常,指示燈就會回到先前狀況。
  電壓保護範圍:180V-264V

灰塵感知指示燈會維持橙色或
紅色且沒有變化。

PM2.5 感知指示燈的紅、紫、
褐色會維持亮燈且沒有變化。

 灰塵 PM2.5感知器用空氣進風口或其周邊是否堆積了灰塵?

 

請使用吸塵器將附著在空氣進風口的灰塵吸除乾淨。

 灰塵 PM2.5感知器用空氣進風口的風口蓋是否掉了?

 

請確實安裝風口蓋。

 灰塵 PM2.5感知器專用鏡片是否髒汙?

 

請用乾棉棒等擦拭鏡片的髒汙。

 預濾網是否髒汙?

 

請進行保養。

保養後,空氣清淨運轉持續一段時間後即會恢復正常狀態。

聞到臭味,
但臭味感知器指示
燈呈現綠色

 插入電源插頭時,是否大量發生臭味呢?

 

臭味感知器敏感度是以電源插頭插入後,開始的1分鐘作為基準。

請在空氣清淨時(無臭味時)拔下電源插頭,待5秒以上之後,

 

再次插入電源插頭運轉,即可修正臭味感知器敏感度的基準。

閃流指示燈有時不亮燈

 

依據空氣的髒污程度,閃流的運轉可能會停止。 
閃流停止時,閃流指示燈會熄滅。

 閃流的輸出是否設定為「低」?

 

若設定為「低」,閃流的運轉時間會比設定為「通常」時短。

脫臭濾網是否有髒汙?

 

請進行保養。

 由於閃流放電會產生微量臭氧,因此會自出風口傳出些微臭味, 

但因僅有微量,不會對健康產生影響。

使室內短時間內產生大量臭味?

 

運轉一段時間,臭味會逐漸消除。

 是否將本機移動到其他房間?

 

有時會留有原本房間的臭味。

 

請運轉一段時間。

 房間裡有無常會產生臭味的物品?
