出現聲響

運轉中出現「咻-」的聲響

 閃流的運轉在進行時,會從閃流組件發出「咻ー」的閃流放電聲。

  視使用條件而定,有時聲音會變小或變成「啪唭啪唭」

、「嘰-」

  「啾嚕啾嚕」的聲響,並非異常現象。
  如在意這種聲響,請更改本機的設置場所。

運轉中出現「齁-」、

「啪沙啪沙」的聲響

 預濾網是否堆積了灰塵? 

 

請進行保養。

 集塵濾網的網眼有無阻塞? 

 

視使用狀況而定,有時會因為網眼阻塞而縮短濾網壽命。  

 

請更換集塵濾網。

 集塵濾網是否已正確安裝? 

 

未正確安裝時,有時聲音會變大。

指示燈

指示燈不亮燈

運轉開始後,約10秒指示燈
即熄滅

 指示燈亮度是否設成「關」?

 

將指示燈設定為「關」時,除運轉開 關指示燈外的指示燈都不會亮。

 

指示燈亮度設定為「關」而開始運轉時,

 

約10秒以亮度「暗」顯示後,亮度會變成「關」。

所有風量指示燈(「 (靜音)」、

「 (弱)」、「 (標準)」、
「 (強力)」)同時閃爍

 是否已安裝預濾網、出風格柵以及集塵濾網?

 

拆下零件運轉時,指示燈有時會閃爍。

 

【忘了安裝零件時】

 

請拔下電源插頭,重新安裝零件之後再運轉。

 

【已安裝零件時】

 

電器零件故障。

 

請洽原購買經銷店。

 預濾網是否堆積了灰塵?

 

【堆積灰塵時】

請清除阻塞出風口的障礙物後再運轉。

 如果電壓突然下降,指示燈可能會閃爍。

  一旦電壓恢復正常,指示燈就會回到先前狀況。
  電壓保護範圍:180V-264V

灰塵感知指示燈會維持橙色或
紅色且沒有變化。

PM2.5 感知指示燈的紅、紫、
褐色會維持亮燈且沒有變化。

 灰塵 PM2.5感知器用空氣進風口或其周邊是否堆積了灰塵?

 

請使用吸塵器將附著在空氣進風口的灰塵吸除乾淨。

請確實安裝風口蓋。

請用乾棉棒等擦拭鏡片的髒汙。
