nTroduCTIon
Product Description
The Daikin Applied Intelligent Equipment solution provides
facility and equipment management, monitoring, control,
analysis, and decision-making via a secure, cloud-
communicating machine-to-machine gateway that captures,
analyzes and delivers building and equipment information,
and third party content (i.e. - weather, utility, and CRM data),
to a user device (smart phone, tablet, etc.) via wireless (Wi-Fi,
cellular) or local area network (LAN) connection. This manual
contains instructions specific to replacing an existing machine-
to-machine (M2M) gateway.
Components
Machine-to-Machine (M2M) Gateway
The M2M Gateway is a factory tested and commissioned
device, which arrives ready to be installed on an existing
mounting bracket. The existing Gateway will be removed and
replaced by the new Gateway.
