General Display Features
Soft Key Functions
The soft key functions are defined by text displayed just above
each key .
Display Contrast
To adjust display contrast, simultaneously press and
or , as appropriate .
Macros
NOTE: Selecting the appropriate macro should be part of
the original system design, since the control wiring
installed depends on the macro used .
1 . Review the macro descriptions on page 30 . Use the
macro that best fits system needs.
2 . Edit parameter 9902 to select the appropriate macro .
Use either of the following:
• Use the Start-up Assistant, which displays the macro
selection immediately after motor parameter setup .
• Refer to “” on page 15 , for parameter editing
instructions and follow the instructions in the
“Appendix” on page 108 .
