4. How to Control
4.2 Maintenance & Control
Digital Overhead Stirrer
is manufactured by taking into consideration diverse situations that may
occur during operation. However, in order to maintain the stable performance of this product for a
long time, make sure to follow the instructions below.
1. Make sure to use the rated power(AC 120V, 60Hz or AC 230V, 50/60Hz, Single phase).
2. Make sure to use this product indoors in a place having a low humidity level, and make sure to
maintain the indoor temperature at 0°C ~ 40°C.
3. In the case where this product is not used for a long time, disconnect the power plug and
thoroughly dry this product prior to packaging and storing it.
4. In the case where it is necessary to replace a component due to a failure caused during
operation, it is a must to use the original components provided by this company.
5. In the case where a failure is caused by any use exceeding the normal limit, no maintenance
will be provided.
6. Make sure to use the specified power.
7. Do not use wet hands to touch the power plug and electrical components.
8. To clean this product, disconnect the power plug, use a delicate washcloth to gently clean this
product, and apply a bit of solvent having a low freezing point to a washcloth to spot-clean any
remaining stains.
9. In the case where this product is contaminated by a toxic chemical or gas, wear gloves and a
mask made of chemical-resistant materials and use a dry cloth to slowly clean and remove the
contaminated spots.
10. Soak the accessories in a neutral detergent, cleanly rinse them with distilled water and
thoroughly dry them prior to use.
11. When cleaning this product, do not directly pour water or place a liquid on top of the controller
or this product. There is a risk of fire.
12. Make sure that a fluid suitable for the use of this product is used. In the case where a high-
speed stirrer is used to stir a high-viscosity fluid for a long time, there is a risk that the
equipment may be damaged.
13. Proceed with caution to prevent any corrosive chemicals from making directly contact with the
surface of this product.
14. Do not directly touch the impeller while the stirrer is in operation.
